Recently went to the Christiansburg, Va location. I had to wait 40 minutes in the drive thru because they were waiting for most of the food to be cooked. This happened once before but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried this location again. Well never again. They have lost my business at this location. They should have management that plan ahead for their weekends to be busy so they don't run out. More training needed for sure.

While it is KFC, it isn't always the one we remember. The food is generally good, sometimes a little slow, and it just seems like it's been under the warming lights a while, but it's still good. The staff is mostly friendly, and it is clean.

Ordered the 8 pc bucket meal with the 8 pc tenders for pick up at 430 on 5/29/22. Got home and no tenders or sauces. Have been trying to call for over an hour and either hangs up or asks for remote access code. I will keep calling all night. I can't go back tonight and I'm sure tomorrow they will say it's my problem.

Didn't have half of the food that I wanted, no popcorn chicken, no fries, no strawberry lemonade, when I asked to substitute it I was told they would just add extra tenders but that didn't happen. Plus the biscuit was undercooked and the mac and cheese portion was so small as well as being ice cold. Gave me an extra sauce tho. 🤡
