It would be a decent place if there weren't kids with attitudes working. Asked a girl to half a sandwich for me. Gave me an attitude and slammed sandwich back on plate. Asked for a box for leftovers. She looked at coworkers and rolled her eyes. Slammed the box down. Pretty sure she was talking trash. I saw a man dressed up when leaving, figured a manager. Wanted to tell him but decided that I just wont go back. People at McDonald's have better attitudes than here.

I really love Panera but this particular branch is very disappointing. Cleanliness is zero here. The store is sticky. My toddler wanted to use the restroom but it was sticking so badly and floors were way stickier she refused to go in! Please keep the restaurant clean!!!

I frequent this Panera! They’ve had some issues with staffing that have caused them to have some inconsistent hours but when they’re open they’re great. Good coffee, good food, good people. My orders are usually accurate and timely. The very few times there has been a hiccup my order was replaced and I was compensated. This is a great location for studying, lunch, etc!

Just came through and ordered 2x Mac and cheese, a broccoli cheddar soup, broccoli cheddar soup bowl and 3 drinks. The drinks were the only thing correct. We got an extra baguette, an extra tomato soup, no Mac and cheese, the wrong sandwich, and it was cold. Usually never have service like this here. Stop hiring 10 year olds.
