We moved into Trestle about 4.5 months ago, and so far it's been a great experience living here. Pros: 1. The staff managing the complex is phenomenal. Virginia has been on top of every question or request that we've had. Sage has fixed any maintenance issues in a timely manner. They really do try to provide an excellent experience to the residents. 2. The rooms are spacious - we just had a baby, and the master bedroom was able to accommodate a king bed as well as all the baby stuff - bassinet, nursing chair, changing station etc. Having all these in the same room has been a lifesaver. 3. The residents are polite and respectful. People keep their dogs on a leash, we haven't had any issues with loud neighbors, etc Cons: 1. The only major con here is noise - our unit faces El Camino, which is a busy street, and we get vehicle noise even with the windows closed. We don't notice it as much now since we play white noise for the baby, but it's something to consider if you're a light sleeper. We're also able to hear our neighbor's front door open/shut, from our living room, but that isn't loud enough to disrupt sleep.

We live here right now and I will say management is really good. If you raise a maintenance request they resolve it within few hours. Newer appliances and good amenities!

Highly recommend Trestle as a place to live. The building, amenities, and staff are undoubtedly top notch. The price to value was superb compared to neighboring complexes. This location is right next to downtown San Carlos which has a ton of great restaurants. In addition to having a pool, they have a great rooftop area with a fire pit. Out of the 10+ places that I lived in the last 14 years I would absolutely recommend Trestle for anyone looking to live in the area. Thank you to the Trestle staff for a great experience!

The Trestle Apartments is a very special community. Its architecturally stunning, a great hybrid of high tech, with high end appliances and yet very charming and cozy. The management goes above and beyond to make this home to all the neighbors. They present fun events here, we’ve recently enjoyed a rooftop movie night and pumpkin carving Halloween event. I’m particularly impressed at how well maintained the property is, the maintenance team is superior. Virginia and Raven are wonderful and extremely helpful in all things Trestle. Thrilled to have made this my home!
