I am still dealing with an issue that started back in November 2020. Despite calling the store, showing up and waiting, texting multiple times, asking to speak to the manager nothing has been done to resolve the issue. It'll been months and still getting the run around. I turned in my iPhone for upgrade and was supposed to received credit for it. Turns out, the rep mislabeled my phone with another phone number is unable to provide me with any resolution. Do not do a trade-in / upgrade here and expect it to be handled appropriately. You'll never receive any credit, they'll probably deny you even turned it in.

In-store service was superb! Our rep was on point, making the port from T-Mobile to ATT a seamless process. The rep helped me pick out the perfect case, back up and reload my data to my new IPhone 12 Pro Max and offered to help me place a tempered glass screen on the phone. When I left, there was nothing additional that I needed to do as everything worked flawlessly.
