Got there 20 min before closing. Had a mobile order for icecream, unsalted fries, nuggets, a shake and frozen lemonade. Waited in line for 20 minutes. Finally got to the window just to be told they didn't have any icecream (this is because they shut their machine down early) which kicked 3 of our items off. Then they had to make the unsalted fries and we stressed that they had to be unsalted for dietary purposes. They asked us to pull forward while they made the fries. They came out less than 30 seconds later which we thought was odd since they said it would take about 3 minutes to make the fries. As we left we discovered the fries were very much salted so the person who had ordered those and an icecream cone ended up with nothing because they can't have the added salt and they had shut the icecream machine down before they closed. We have been to other chick fil a's many mnay times and have never experienced this kind of service. In fact one of our family members is an employee at another cfa and he was with us and said how very much this one was lacking in customer service.

Usually I’m not one to write reviews but this Chick-fil-A is unorganized, they have no diversity, and they’re rude. They took away the curbside mobile ordering. Their chicken nuggets tastes undercooked as if they are rushing to get orders put out, if you ask for Well cooked sometimes they do it sometimes they don’t. Hopefully things change because i’ve never had this experience elsewhere only here in Waynesboro and Staunton Virginia.

I don't support business with closed dining rooms on Memorial day 2022. I also know this is a franchise store and that this rating only affects this Owner Operator. The lack luster to keep a dining room open, cleaned, and staff for a million dollar store is quite unsatisfactory and this has been like this as this store for some time. I have just decided to write my review regarding this. No I will not eat in my car anymore. No I will not support this owner operator.

Fabulous experience. Quick service and very well managed. I came through with a school bus full of hungry middle school girls after a soccer game. We were accommodated well, and were back on the road in thirty minutes. Very impressed!
