CAUTION if you purchase something from this place, you better make sure it's what you want, and don't trust the ones working to give you what you ask for. I thought this was a great place to buy vaping products and E-liquid, the first few times I visited but I was wrong. I went to the store and asked for a specific bottle of E-liquid and the woman working gave it to me. The next day I checked online to make sure that the E-liquid she gave me was the one I wanted because of the color. Much to my surprise it wasn't what I asked for and I assumed that she made a mistake and I would just return it and trade it for the right one. Much to my surprise they refused to trade it for the one I had asked for, though the bottle hadn't been opened and it was their fault for giving me the wrong one. I have emailed support and have not received a response from them. I will not be returning to this store to do any kind of business. This is a poor way to do business. If I had chosen the wrong E-liquid and they refused to trade it out then I would have accepted the outcome because it would have been my fault. This was their mistake and I think they should have corrected it. I can understand why they wouldn't want to do returns but that's not an excuse. I live on a fixed income and can't afford to just throw away twenty-two bucks.
