We went to here for wedding dress shopping. Granted we did not have an appointment, but asked before they took us back if it was okay. They did not inform us that they were expecting someone for an appointment and took us back. The entire time we were there, they rushed us out. When my friend was showing us the dress (her dream dress) and the lady holding her dress for her pulled her off of the stand to change and took the dress from her to put back (we were going to buy this dress). We felt extremely unwelcomed and every encounter with everyone was rude and extremely uncalled for. Safe to say we did not spend our thousands of dollars here and will never be back!!

Lol I liked the place concidering it's basically a woman's thing to look at dresses I was there helping my soon to be wife pick out a wedding dress and the owner was waiting for another bride and when she arrived I got kicked out of the store concidering she was there for her wedding dress fitting lol so I was really glad to walk out since I felt uncomfortable 😣 in basically a woman's domain lol we still gotta go back a few times because my wife had alterations to the dress she chose lol 😆 so my torture will continue till I say I do gladly I will add photos once we're have our wedding all the ladies working there were super helpful and polite as to be expected with a such kinda store

I bought a $400 dress in 2020 for prom and never got to pick it up due to covid. They returned it back to stock and I had had it altered and everything paid almost 500 with shoes and all. I asked if since I still had the packet and all the receipts and what not if it could be refunded and she goes *insert attitude* “nooo honey, it’s already been 2 years and put back in stock”… long story short they don’t care about you lol. they just want money😂 ALSO forgot to mention that she said they tried to contact me and when she tried to verify my info the email AND my phone number was wrong. I don’t understand how you get paid twice for a dress I bought first and continue to tell me I can’t get a refund. At least some of it
