Service department is unprofessional. When an issue arised with the service being done on my vehicle, I asked to speak with the service manager. Jennifer stated that the dealership does not have service manager. So, I asked her who do customers speak to when their is a problem that occurs with service and her response was "There is no manager that the customers can speak to." Then, she wouldn't let me ask her the question I called to ask. What kind of car dealership doesn't have a manager of their service department? Service is what keeps customers coming back after they buy vehicles.
