Pizza was fine and ready when expected. When I went in to pick up my pizza, one of the employees was scraping dough off the bottom of his shoes with a pizza tool. Gross!

I'd never been a fan of Domino's Pizza until recently. Their media campaigns have been mostly public service announcements notifying how much they've been listening to everyone that makes complaints. It's an amazing business model. This particular store is no exception to the high expectation the main company has set

I’ve tried to order pizza from this place twice. The past two times that I’ve tried to order something they have called me and canceled my order because they said that they can’t do it because they’re cleaning their ovens. I’ve never known a restaurant that completely cleans and cancels customer orders or within their business hours. Basically tells there customers to take a hike. I will never be dining with Domino’s ever again. There are so many other better pizza places that value your business and actually willing to take customers. Especially making sure that they’re happy. When I asked him why is it that I’ve had my order cancelled more than once because you guys are closing before your posted hours. Their only response was because we do that every other week. Not I’m sorry what can we do to earn your business. They don’t care about you. They care about cleaning the ovens before they close.

Horrible experience if you read the other reviews it seems to be a management problem and not a one time mistake. There was always something wrong on our orders but not big enough that we complained but it was annoying. Well this last time was the last straw. We ordered a big order and after waiting over an hour with no change on update we called to see how much longer for delivery. We were told they were out driving and we would receive our order soon. Another 45 minutes later it showed delivered on our update but we had no pizza. We called and they told us it was still being prepared. We waited another 15 minutes and the update asked for our experience but we had no pizza still. We called again and was told they were just heading out the door. We asked for a manager. The manager was rude and told us our pizza was already delivered. We explained there was no pizza and we were getting different answers from everyone. He said he would have another order made. We asked to come pick it up so it would be faster. The manager told us another 45 minutes before it was ready to pick up. We asked why it was so long if we were picking it up. The manager was very rude, unhelpful and had no answers to what was going on. We asked for a refund and the manager hung up on us as we were still talking. They have lost our business. Two and a half hours and no pizza. The order was cheese pizzas. It should not take that long for any type let alone cheese pizza.
