Edit: within two hours of this they fixed everything. Very impressed 👍😁 Someone took my reservation without having a car! I came to pick up my car and they told me they didn't have one. I hasn't paid yet, so that was good. I just wish they didn't take reservations without having a car. I've never experienced this before. I had to just wait to see if they had a car.

My mother finally finished an ordeal from last year. After she had turned in her vehicle and the representative finished their walk around and checked it saying nothing was wrong. They hounded her for 8 months to make her pay for damage that she had not done. I’d give less than 1 star if I could. But unfortunately they won’t allow you to tell the whole truth on a company, so 1 star it is.

Absurd credentials for renting a car in your home state. Have used enterprise several times in other states and never had a problem. Will not use this service again

Got a beautiful rental from Grants Pass Enterprise for a week while we visited from PA. The SUV was a new vehicle and superb. The rental process was easy, fast, thorough, and very professional. I am so glad we went with this business rather than rent from the airport. Price was better too than anything offered at the airport. If you don't have a ride from the airport , would be worth an Uber trip to Enterprise in Grants Pass to use this venue. I had a follow up courtesy call from them , and will 100% use their service again when I visit the area. Thank you for a safe, confident, pleasurable ride, Grants Pass Enterprise.
