I hope they plan to reopen this location. I've had a great experience with Golden 1. Employees are always very friendly and helpful. It would be great if they told people when/if the bank would reopen.

This is hands down the worst branch EVER. The tellers are rude and dismissive, expecially Pami. They claim to be unable to provide the most basic of customer service, after waiting in a lengthy line. My issue was handled in 10 minutes by the call center after being told the clerk in the branch could not help me. I would give this branch 0 stars if I could.

Great place to seat around and wait..... Came to this bank due to our last bank was horrible for the same reason. May have to switch banks again.

Call Golden 1 as soon as possible to pause your card, that way nobody else can charge it. Then you can ask them if they found or retrieved your card. If not, you’ll be able to order a new one 👍
