They were very helpful during one of the most stressful times of our lives. They were able to get us in quickly and gave us some great info. They did not judge us or belittle us in any way. Not once did I feel like they looked down on us for needing their services. When we had multiple questions days after out visit, I was able to call and speak to the lawyer I had sat down with and get my questions answered. I hope I don’t need them again, but this is where I’ll go if I ever have any more questions.

Questions & Answers

Weve been having problems with our water heater for over 6 months. Every time we want to take a shower or do dishes we have to light it. Our landlord got the burner Tues. but has yet to put it in. Can we withhold any part of the rent.
