Hard to pick one place here. Lot of options. I tried the Mexican place and got the California burrito with tofu and it was exceptionally good. Vegetarians have an option at every joint. You do have to find your own seat. Might be hard to do during lunch.

We had lunch at the Pho French Vietnamese food, it was great! The food was very tasty.

Great place to go to for work lunches, but would recommended going a little earlier or later than the typical lunch hour. Food is delicious, but the lines can be long. They have Korean, Thai, Russian, Mexican, and a few other options that I haven't tried. Thai place is probably my favorite.
