I make the decision to try Pa'Los Chinos food truck 🚚. I can say the customer service is really good and the prices too. But the food needs more attention: the pepper stake combination was salty 🧂 and the Tostones (green fried plantains) were sweet. The combination of costillas was good.

Not that I'm aware of but they sell Crazy Fries (French fries, a bit of salad, shredded meat, and to top it off with a mix of Mayo and Ketchup)
Nope, there isn't a commissary there, it's a bunch of trucks that are renting a flea market parking lot. There are a few supermarkets down the street, if you're just looking to buy groceries. Other than that, there are a few commercial and commissary kitchen rental locations in orlando, if you're looking to set up shop.
They make Puerto Rican meals but it is very expensive and they take a long time to serve you

A pity I can not help you with that. But it is a very good place. You are going to bill quite a lot. There is also another space on the Avda. Also good place.

Some trucks (maybe 2 or 3) are open from 12, most are open from 6 onwards from Monday to Thursday and from 2 on Fridays to Sundays
Some start closing by 2AM, but with some of the lines I really think its based on the demand and the night
