Giving 3 stars because I actually like the facial I got done. I’m extremely upset rn & I don’t like the fact that I just paid $75 for a facial I normally pay $35-$45 elsewhere for the same exact treatment. I told her I wanted a 30 min acne facial done the lady asked me if I would like to add extractions I said sure uninformed that it would automatically bump up from a 30min $45 facial to a 1 hr $75 facial. With that being said I will not be returning to this establishment as I feel she got over on me because I told her I was new coming here. Great facials horrible at informing you what you’re actually paying for!!
