I was recently diagnosed with salmonella food poisoning on july 29 2014 through st joesophs medical hospital . the hospital called this place here and reported it as well as my dr as well asmysef well taco bell on harding way yes that taco bell is where I ate part of a nacho supreme just the top part of it . it tasted so foul I swallowed some spit some out l I I was really sick in the wee hours the next day.. my temp was 105 degrees . im so upset with environmental health this is there job to investigate and go out there soon after they got the complaint &hospital report. . no they forgot is exactly what a man name jeff told me. he actually apologized can anyone relate how I feel? like my city I live in we suppose to trust .until yesterday sept 9th 2014 he said a lady name Maribel was to go out and inspect.!!!!!! Im so freakin sure like really im sick still and iam getting the best attorney from the bay area to take this case to the top plus im gonna go public with this to the news .this is so not right a month to investigate?????????????????????????????????????? time to contact attorney
