New management is simply put horrible. Rude lady at front office harassed me after parking for less than five minutes in front of office. Threatened to tow my vehicle even if i was right in front of it. Stickers they put on cars damages them. They should’ve expanded their parking before opening new units, since parking is absolute trash.

Cars got keyed a lot here and no one in the office is willing to help. Total disappointment. If you don't mind others doing random "paintings" on your car, yes, sure, this apartment will welcome you warmly with lots of that :) If you treat your car serious enough, AVOID THIS PLACE.

I have lived on this property for over two years. Since then management and staff have changed. The package retrieval from Usps has been improved. However after six months of a nuisance shared wall unit violating the property quiet hours multiple times a month nothing has been done. The security has done their job along with Richmond police department but management has failed to do their job. Every tenant has a right to quiet enjoyment and if your shared wall unit is partying repeatedly during the quiet hours and tells security and the police the complainant is the problem…clearly the lease violating unit is the problem because they don’t care and management is allowing it so they are getting away with violating the lease that each tenant on this property signs!

Yasmin A is GREAT to work with I appreciated her customer service. I took a tour as I was looking at relocating for a job opportunity the facility is beautiful and I love the luxuries. I appreciate Yasmin as she's always helpful and when I have a issue or questions she's on the problem and explains thoroughly she is always nice. However, I can hear my neighbors and there is no parking for my friends who visit me. There are homeless people in the back and your car is NOT safe here. Look elsewhere. !
