The mail carrier is the worst in modesto. For one year straight my mail has been placed in the wrong mail box which is unacceptable. I went to talk to supervisors in person am they give me the run around which is log on to their website or call customer service which dosent help the situation. The mail carriers need to be replaced immediately.

I’m giving this post office a five star review because they have a machine that you’re able to go inside and not wait in line

I only gave it 3 stars because of Vincent. After speaking to what seems the manager and said there's was nothing he could do for me, I went back to speak with Vincent and fixed my problem with ease. I appreciate so much since I had to drive an hour and a half from my destination and I saw him help a lot of other people as well. Thank You Vincent they should give you whoever that guy was position over to you.

Rick, probably the worst condescending, rude, and verbally aggressive person I’ve encountered this year. As I stood there in line, watching his reign of A-hole behavior, wondering why his co-workers didn’t step in, he just got worse with everyone (of different cultural backgrounds). He was however, able to have 1 pleasant conversation with someone of similar age and background about football. Just 1. The other two workers, present on this day, were amazing and helpful to everyone. Even walking someone through the perfect stamp purchase. Too bad this was shadowed by Rick LOUDLY (either to embarrass or humiliate) speaking to an elderly woman for “not following the prompts on the screen” and pulling the card out. “If needed. I could walk you through the steps one more time, you’ll need to follow the prompts this time”.

You have to make an appointment online. You can pick up the forms at USPS. But the office is only by appt at the passport office.
Double check the number on the key with the number on the locker door. If it still don't work go to the counter in the main lobby
I believe you can
Get the ncdbu re keyed with a new key..... go to the Post office and get it done
Hi, You’re probably better off asking at the front desk I have done that for money send that way you can have specific instructions
They have given me many problems as well, ask the manager for the number and email address to the postmaster. They seem to pay more attention when you request that.
Depends how you want to send it. I usually use the priority boxes and they get there in 2 - 3 days and are pretty reasonable and the weight doesn't matter, as long as it fits in the box.
Try using the post office on Paradise west of carpenter
Its Open 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
I think so
No. Numbers are fixed to individual boxes.
