A year later and we are very happy with the Windows Mark and his team installed. He also was very responsive in replacing one frame that had an inconsistency. He makes sure you're happy with the job. One thing that is important to understand about "replacement windows" is that they use the current window frames and install the new windows within the existing footprint. The outcome is the window surface area is slightly reduced because of the bulkier frame(new frame + old frame). Mark was really good at explaining that. We are happy campers.
