IMT has been an amazing place to call home. Right off the bat, Rafael (Leasing Manager) was so incredibly helpful in finding me the right unit to fit my needs. He was so accommodating and reliable. He is probably the last honest leasing manager in existence, and facilitated the best leasing and move in process I've ever had. He treats his tenants like actual people; he knows everyone by name, remembers their pets, and our interests. The entire leasing office is very responsive and reliable. They take tenant needs and feedback seriously. The maintenance team (Kenny and Jose) are also very polite, punctual, and responsive.

In this current market and economy these apartments are worth every penny, the units are stunning, spacious and amenities that are top of the line. The great staff members who are passionate about their field who go above and beyond for their tenants. Appreciate IMT staff members behind the scenes and current staff on site Lanie, Mele, Kenny, Jose and Rafael. Keep up the good work, I would definetely recommend IMT with friends and family.

This is a fantastic place to live. The grounds are kept beautifully. The employees are quick to respond to any request. The maintenance crew are prompt and friendly. Mele, Lanie and Claudia who work in the office are thoughtful and care about the residents

A very nice apartment complex in a convenient location. The management does a great job with the maintenance around the community and responds to maintenance requests and inquiries very quickly. Probably one of the best places we had a chance to live at. P.S. Frequent water service interruptions are true, however, I can’t remember one in the last 5 months we lived there (03/2021-08/2021), so the issues might have been fixed.

generally it will be around 1900 for studio or 2100 approx for 1 Bedroom, Nice and clean apartment, I have rented out these apartment and was totally satisfied.
