Randomly closed, no reason as to why. Called the HQ to find out why, gave no reason or timeline when they would re-open. They have my medication. Kinda weird. Would go somewhere else if you want consistent service for something as important as medication. Luckily for me these are not necessary for living so I am good, couldnt imagine if i was diabetic or something though. Would be an actual nightmare!

Corner of happy? Maybe happy to rip people off. They price their product easily at double the cost of anywhere else. And their pharmacy is deplorable. Frequently under staffed at the window. Calling in is an hour process you'll sit on hold so long. Now the online service isn't even working for script refills and I can't reach them by phone if I dont have an hour to be on hold. I will say Jamie is outstanding and that woman is a miracle to Walgreens. She is sweet, patient, polite, quick as she can be and I just wow. I am so impressed by her. There is a gentleman too who does a great job i wish I knew his name.

I understand there's a staffing shortage but coming from CVS who would text 20 times a day about my prescription, ANY heads up whatsoever from Walgreens would be nice. But no, they don't do that. A prescription that was supposed to be ready last Friday and STILL isn't the Wednesday after and NO COMMUNICATION letting me know is a complete failure of customer service and common courtesy.

Normally I like Walgreens as they are in most parts of the US. This week they get a fail. Doctor called in a new prescription for me in the afternoon. Next day I call and get a 'we are working on it call back in an hour'. Day after I get same message and take option to talk to a staff member. 20 minute wait and finally my turn and whoever was picking up the phone hung up. Now I am angry. Short staffed maybe. But no excuse. Gentleman answers next time and I say someone hung up and not one apology or even a half baked excuse. Your prescription will be ready in 20 minutes.
