Moving into a new home and noticed poor cell coverage on .my old T-mobile phone. Time to upgrade to 5G. T-Mobie store only a block away. I asked if a 5G would give better coverage. I was assured I would get great coverage. I immediately left the area to complete packing. When I came back to Novato this morning, I found the coverage was awful. I went to the T-Mobile store and was told that a lot of people were having this problem, but there was nothing they could do. I also experienced two other problems, but it will take to much space to explain them

Instead of trying to fix my phone the sales guy pressured me into buying a new one. That phone began having problems, went in today to get it looked at and the guy tried to sell me another phone. I left and decided to call the customer service line, that person let me know my phone was still under warranty, no need to buy new phone. The people at this store just want commission and will lie to you to get it. Just a heads up

Douglas, young kid that has been there for about a month.. has a looong way to go to reach good customer service. I've been a long time customer but they lost me today.. he was rude, disrespectful and his mouth runs like a champ. I'm quoting his words: "I know more about phones than YOU and if you want cheap phones, there's MetroPCS" Just because I didn't want to buy the most expensive phone they had. I already own the latest model and didn't need a second one. If you're his mom and are reading this, please spank him and send him back to summer school... If you're the district manager, please fire him.. he's a bad asset to your store in novato.

I have been patronizing this T-Mobile for the last 3 years. Today I had a customer service issue and I worked with Jay. Jay was beyond professional. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time out to show me the latest models on the market and help me make an educated decision on my future purchase. I highly recommend Isabel and T mobile on Diablo Blvd for all of your cell phone needs
