Yes the price is $89, BUT if you need shots it could be a little more. They always ask first.
Someone is usually in the office by 7am. But, they may not start answering the phones until 8am. Don't worry Dr. Padilla is awesome

Cropping can be done at a few weeks old if your living somewhere where they crop a few weeks old most Vets in Ct will not crop unless they are 10 to 12 weeks old
I only have positive experience at west Haven animal hospital
The last time my cat got a rabies shot was in 2017, and it was $45, a big jump from $29. Call the vet in the morning and ask the receptionist, she can tell you what the current price is.
