Never coming back here, I usually have a positive experience, but I just dropped off a bag of new clothes that have only been worn twice at most and they only took 2 items out of the whole bag and said they had to pass because “they’re being selective with inventory”. They took a roxy dress, and an old navy tank top and gave me $3 for both. I originally paid $40 for the dress, and $25 for the old navy tank. I would have even been happy with $10, but $3?? Do better. Never coming back.

I was actually surprised when I saw that this store has such bad reviews! The staff has always been super helpful and friendly and I always receive great customer service. Also, it’s so much easier to sell or buy clothes to Runway Fashion than on the Facebook Marketplace.

I don’t know why there’s so many negative reviews. I’ve never had a bad experience selling and/or buying here. I’ve always been given fair prices and the staff have always been kind and helpful.

I don't know why this store has such bad reviews! The owner seems very friendly and treats others kindly when replying to the reviews. I'm impressed by that. Usually, others arent nice. But that's not all! I've found nice clothes and good prices! Also the employees are nice too :)

It's a Really Nice Store
We buy trendy teen/young adult styles from the last 2 years. We're looking for items in great condition. We inspect each item purchased for stains, spots, holes or any other damages. We'll make you an offer for cash or store credit the same day you bring your items in and it's up to you to sell or not. It's first come, first serve but we do prioritize customers waiting in the store over customers who drop their items off and leave. If you ever have questions about any particular items you brought in please ask!
If they're over two years old they won't take them no matter what condition they're in. If there's Fray around the edges they Mark the price down. If they're brand-new like you say you'll get a good price for them. I'm not sure exactly what the price will be for you on those particular pants but they will I'm pretty sure take them.

Our buying hours are Mon-Sat 10am-7pm. It's always first come, first serve but if you just have a few bags or a small grocery bag of clothes to bring in and can stay in the store we should be able to look at it right away!
