I came to Freedom Knee Scooter & Equipment needing a wheelchair for my ankle surgery I was having in a few day's and John went above and beyond to make sure I left there with one. Highly recommend!! I called Freedom about getting a lift recliner or hospital bed to rent while my husband recuperates from double total knee replacement. John was extremely helpful and upfront about what would best suit my husband’s needs. He even went back to the shop after hours on a Saturday to complete the transaction and deliver the bed that afternoon. He was professional, kind, and courteous, especially considering there were several other people and things happening all at once when he arrived. Don’t even know if his price was the lowest (but I’m guessing it probably is) for the bed rental, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else should the need arise again for anyone in my family.
