360 Defense to me has felt like more of a home since starting here in January. Having prior training and earning my Blue belt elsewhere, I was aware the obstacles I would face. I was welcomed almost instantly, now I feel like I can't go a week without it. Coach Mcshane and Rojo are very knowledgeable in their crafts. Great program 👍
