I first heard of this place while looking at reviews for the Groton-Ledyard vet - it was one guy who said that it would be better to take your pets to the norwichtown vet, and boy was he right! This place is super cute! looks like a little house, the inside is so cozy and cute and theres this big orange cat that lives in their little office area. The vet nurse was super personable and they, along with the doctor both loved to get to know us as new clients. It was amazing that they could get us in the same day we called and get us through the treatment we need for our cat, Baby. They are very conscious on how the money rate affects their patients furparents and are eager to help out to make it easier for them - i went with the initial amount they offered, but they mentioned that if we needed to go to a lower price that they would find a way to. These people are so amazingly nice and really care about having your animal as safe and comfortable as you do, they are the professionals after all! I still need to come by to pass over a sample for them to really figure out everything thats up with Baby, but so far they have been super helpful and i cant wait to come by again for her medicine! Thanks again guys!

I had an emergency on a Saturday for my dog and was so happy the vet was able to see me at short notice on a Saturday. Everyone helped relieve my anxiety over my hurting pet.

The prices are reasonable and they will fit you in. Call and explain your situation. Your pet will get the best care, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also do emergency care.

How pricey are they?

I thought they were competitively priced. I used to go to All Friends but when my pet had an eye injury on a Saturday they wouldn't see him & suggested some place an hour away in RI. Dr Satterfield at Norwichtown vet had me bring him in right away as an emergency, no questions asked. All Friends failed me and I won't go back.
