I travel a lot for work and I have been to many different planet fitness locations. I did not have a good experience at this location. I was harassed by an employee who was working out. She told me that we are supposed to wipe down the machines after use. I said yes I know. She then told me that she was working out beside me and she didn’t see me wipe down the machine. I simply replied that I did. She then told me she was an employee and she was going to the front desk to tell them. I said do as u like but I wiped down the machine and it did not matter to me if she saw me or not. I put my air pods back in and continued my workout. She stood there glaring at me and then walked away. She was very loud and She seemed very angry at me the whole time. The whole experience made me feel very uncomfortable.

The planet fitness in Norwich is disgusting the one time I went. There was no paper towels and at least two of the machines. There were flies buzzing around and no one seemed to be wiping down their equipment after you. There's also no air flow here. I'm glad this one is not my home gym.

Jake, Katie and Josh are awesome. They went over and beyond our expectations. Great customer service, makes me want to visit this location if it wasnt for work. Hopefully Grotons location Saturday leader learns from them. Groton has a great staff aswell it's that "one" guy that makes it difficult and uninviting.

Gyms are closed in the state of CT, concidering this is a special circumstance I would not expect the website to update. I believe they are doing things on Facebook for members not able to go to the gyms. Your best bet is to call customer service and see what they can do.

Best quality equipment. However if you are looking to do free weight workouts this is not the best due to limited dumbbells and lack of proper benches.
