COCKROACHES AND WATER DAMAGE. The apartments aren’t bad, but the management and maintenance departments are lousy. We’ve had water damage in our bathroom for 8+ months now and no matter how much I respectfully ask the office to do something about it, nothing comes of it. In case you didn’t know, it’s not legal for them to have us living in a water damaged apartment with BLACK MOLD. But they don’t care to fix it. We’ve had cockroach issue now for 10 months on and off apparently due to another unit in our building. They keep treating them but keep coming back. Can’t wait to get out of here. Very much so a hit or miss complex.

They can't honor the contract that says 2 parking spaces when they give you a sticker for your car. Parking is always full of cars without stickers, including overnight.

I’m visiting family there and they haven’t clean that hill very good and cars aren’t going up and coming down they need to throw more salt because there is gonna be an accident there

I already saw the shortest is 6 months. Too long. Looking for month to month until we find something more suited to our needs.
From the knowledge of a teenager who's lived here for over 2 years, the middle schools I know of who's buses will come to pick up kids from all the way over here, or even any middle schools in the area is: Teacher's Memorial Global Magnet Middle School Kelly And the only high school I know of over here is Norwich Free Academy. I'm sure there are elementary schools in the area as well, but I moved in in the later grades. Long story short, Norwich School District.
