Drew did an amazing job at 1. Getting me in ASAP while other stores like San Jose aren’t even answering the phone. 2. Completed a job that takes 1 hour in 30 minutes. 3. Was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. 4. Helped me pick a different color vest that went perfectly with a suit I already had. My only critique is that the staff at this store are clearly overworked and under staffed. Suitsupply needs to get more staff and pay their current staff more.

Dropped in without an appointment today to browse for a suit. The staff was very friendly. Got helped after a 5min wait. Marc-Anthony was very helpful. I tried on a few suits and got explained all the fabrics and options. Will definitely be back. That being said i was there outside "rush hour".

Nothing like waiting 2 hours to be helped with a dress shirt only to be condescendingly told that the wait would be an additional 2 hours when you return. I understand that stores get busy but the wait line process they follow lacks any transparency and you could easily be waiting until the store closes. They need a different system that respects their clients time and energy.

I ordered over 3k in custom jackets and tux. I do understand that this store is extremely busy. I finally got an email saying my items were ready to be picked up so I clicked on the link to book a “pickup appointment” on the website but all I got was a endless spinning wheel on multiple browsers the entire day. Okay no worries, I decided to call over to book an appointment. I called 3-4 and was hung up on each time. This was all throughout the day. A bit annoyed now but was fine making the drive over. When I got to the store I was told “entitled people keep coming into our store thinking they can just walk in without an appointment”. How rude! I attempted to make an appointment online, then by phone and was not able to so I went to the store. What else am I supposed to do here??? Another salesman reluctantly helped me out and had me try on my items. They seemed fine but one of my jackets was a little short on the arms and didn’t have correct undershirt on. I waited around trying to get others attention but no one would even look at me. I grabbed my things and almost left without even getting a bag. I brought my items over to a different tailor and paid for additional alterations for my custom made items. I shouldn’t have to do after spending over 3k. My items were nice though though, and I do feel bad for the employees there. They all seem tired exhausted.

Try not to shop at any place that you cannot try it on and get fitted right. How will they know what side you wear your PENIS on?
