I've been a customer at this shop for almost 20 years. This is without a doubt the BEST pawn shop in Medford. I have 2 guitars that have been in & out of this shop more times than I can count. The people that work here are all amazing people. They do their best to help everyone that walks through the door. I trust this shop completely. I have never found any signs of my guitars being tampered with. I have never had an issue with the amount they offer for my pawn. These guys are so awesome they have actually called me to let me know that I missed my pickup date. On the few occasions this has happened they were KIND enough to extend my loan for a day so I didn't lose my guitars. No other pawn shop has ever done that for me. Thank you for being such amazing people. I love my guitars & the the Oregon Cash Company. I'm very thankful for them. They have helped me so many times. I recommend them all the time and will continue to do so.

This place is terrible! This is the third time we've come here to pick up our stuff, due to the early hours, it makes it difficult with our work schedules to get here prior to closing. We came 45 minutes before closing today, and they harassed us about there not being enough time to get our guitars and guns out, due to the background check. Clyde told us he'd leave if it was closing time prior to the background check completing, even though we already paid our money. Said we would not only leave without our items, and money, but we'd have to pay another $10 for another background check on Monday when we could come get it again. So, we're out $200 for no reason. On top of it, Clyde deliberately slowed down the process by stopping to fill out the paperwork, when we were getting exasperated, to go help another customer and leave us hanging. Not the best response to defuse the situation. Theyare in the business of screwing people out of their hard earned money to collect an extra buck, but they wouldn't run the background check without full payment, so we had no to be choice. Continued rude and insulting, raised to even stay a couple of minutes late in order to nish the transaction. Definitely am old establishment, with zero customer service, and everything is fine in paper, so it all takes forever. Only pawn stuff here if you plan on being insulted, harassed, and ripped off. The biggest saving grace was Devon, he really pushed to get the background check and prices moving. Needless to say, we got our of there anyone prior to closing, so all the rudeness was unnecessary. Ridiculous! We will never stop for in this establishment again.

Be very careful on your knife purchases from here. I was in there a few years back and spotted a clone medford preatorian knife on the shelf for $400 when it was a $15 chinese knockoff. Then again today strolled in and found a $300 Strider knife clone that retails for $22 online. The man in the shop did NOT pull it from the shelf when i pointed out all the issues. The owner needs to be notified and take action. For your customers sake please do the research on knives before making purchases on what seems like an expensive knife. Call an expert if not sure so that someone else doesnt get ripped off. Even benchmades have clones fyi. They all do for the most part.

Do you buy or loan for silver jewelry from Kay's jewelers

It would be determined by the weight of the silver, not what the jeweler sold it for. Jewelers have a 1000% Mark up. Only high end jewelry gets sold from a pawn shop the rest is melted. The best place to but jewelry is a pawn shop.
