Great service with honest ethical practices, that is difficult to find nowadays. Jim explains everything to me in advance and made sure I understood what he was doing, or not. Also, he made sure I was aware of the longer wait time due to shortage of mechanics during this period. He made good on his wheel alignment lifetime warranty that I appreciate very much. GREAT..... I mean EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service. Jim is an awesome person and the sweetest guy I've encountered at a tire shop. The staff is just as GREAT and thoughtful as he is. I didn't get the name of the dude who actually work on my truck tire, but words can't express my gratitude and appreciation for how he helped me and made sure I left with my problem solved. Behind Discount in same complex is the smog place. At Detroit across from the fish and vegetable market down the street from discount is another smog business
Call the shop and ask them. They will havd to know the year, make and model of your car. I am not a mechanic, that's why I go to them.
