Love coming here to de-stress. I have been coming here for 7 years. Reasonable prices. Love their hot tubs. Very nice staff, friendly and accommodating. They have very flexible hours. I highly recommend visiting either by yourself or with a friend or a partner.

Had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Nicole. She was personable and very strong! It felt amazing and I won’t go anywhere else again. She was also very welcoming of my service animal which made me feel at ease.

Best bath house experience in the bay. If you want pampering this is the spot. Massages and relaxation. Each room has a different decor and experience, worth trying all. Highly recommend bringing hydrating fluids. My favorite is the cold water plunge. 🥶

What a great experience at this special spot. Nice welcoming with the team members ready to help. Quick and assertive directions for my first experience over there. The “room” is great with hot jacuzzi, cold tube and steam room. Definitely I will come back.

They do. You'll need to simply tell them that you are pregnant and how many weeks. They have therapists who are trained for prenatal, both male and female. HTH!
Flip flops, they have bathrooms, but they charge for them. Bring your birthday suit, its very private. Enjoy
