This place SUCKS !! They have gotten our order wrong SO many times. Any time we order delivery from Uber eats, it takes WAY longer than expected. I basically wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Go to the Quakertown location. WAY better service !!!

The absolute worst location!!!!! Terrible customer service... You walk in the old man refuses to take your order. There's a full staff working but no one can take orders in store.. and to top it off he's extremely rude about it..this is the second time this has happened to me... This location needs to be shut down or needs new management because this is unacceptable!!! I will never step foot in there or any Pizza hut location ever again

Today I was a bit frustrated about my order being delayed until I realized that the address was a bit confusing. The manager kindly accommodated me and resent my order. Very professional!

Ordered our food at 6:24pm, was updated that our food was on the way by 6:55pm. I called the store at 8pm to see where our food was at and was told they didn’t have drivers so they relied on random “door dash” drivers to deliver the food. Long story short, door dash stole our food and we were told next time “just come pick it up”. Why have the delivery option if you do not have the drivers to make the deliveries? Yes we were offered a full refund but that money wasn’t deposited right away and we had to find another dinner resolution for the night. Our kids were very disappointed because they were really looking forward to “Pizza Hut Pizza”.
