Stanford's guest services department has been declining badly over the last 3-4 years just as most of the other departments throughout Stanford, which is bad for what used to be known as such a top rated medical facility across our country. Quality of care has been tossed out the window for quantities of both patients and students. It's now about the numbers game only!

I called about an issue and the person refused to listen and refused to escalate my call then he (DeAndre) hung up on me. Looking at the reviews, I'm not the only one with an issue here and not the only one who got hung up on. Disgusting.

How could you screw up the covid vaccination not once but twice as to whom is to receive it first. Sounds very incompetent or fishy.. You shouldn't be given anymore as your to irresponsible to have it. Very scary!

I have abdominal adhesions from numerous surgeries. When they get my intestines tangled, I experience severe pain. I have been going to a PT every 3weeks, for deep visceral massage. Do you have anyone who can help me?
