Generically speaking, like any other fast food. Usually manned by teens who lack people skills and are there for a paycheck. Rating solely based on food accuracy. Not a gripe, just the way of this world anymore.

This Arby's was good. Food hot even when we ordered the spicy chicken. It was early but she said they offer everything on the menu 24/7. Most places have breakfast and after a certain hour serve lunch. Fast, hot and tasty.

Great drive through experience the other day for lunch with the kids. Having the order be right the first time through drive thru almost feels like the exception than the rule, but the group of gals working on this day were being very diligent in checking the orders, had sauces in the bag before even needing to ask, nice work!

Just straight up rude employees. Most of them were girls who were standing around on their phones. Had to go in because they forgot one of our items and as I stood at the cash register the girl was on her phone with her back towards me. I asked her help and she just said “What”. Not a “how can I help you” or anything. I tell her what they forgot and she says “don’t get an attitude with me.” Terrible customer service. In that short 20 minutes I could tell these employees literally don’t care what they are feeding people or how they are treated.
