Worst rude staff , on 07/12/2022 around 11:10pm i went inside as i’m a uber driver .. i went inside to pick up the food for a customer thru the front entrance wooden door which was already open .. i went inside i showed my phone uber eat pickup to a boy cut lady working inside .. she’s got so hyper n rude impatient she came out from counter like about to hit me and told me to get out and go into drive thru .. i told her there’s 10 11 cars in drive thru .. if i go inside thru its not gonna worth it .. because its just a 6 dollar call ‘ i don’t wana waste my gas for half an hour .. but she said no matter even uber is not allowed inside to pickup go thru drive thru .. i said i’m dropping this call then “ she said go ahead .. was really aggressive lady she needs to be fired from job or teach her some manners how to talk with uber or delivery drivers .. because we bring buisness to you guys and in return this is what we get .. really bad experience .. mc Donald’s have special windows for us to take deliveries and treats us really nice ..

I love jack in the box BUT THIS location just wow. They’re never busy but some how ALWAYS forget something the fries are cold as ice almost like it is ridiculous. I went yesterday bought one of the new dip and crunch well I was told to wait and when o received my order went home and I live around the corner let me be clear. The fries where cold. The dip n crunch was missing the dipping sauce and whatever I’m supposed to dip in. I ask for ranch because I ordered 40$ worth of food and 2 ranch’s is not enough well they even charge you for that just avoid this location all together go to the one on King and story or at willow glen like I said I live around the corner from this place where the Chuck E. Cheese is at and I will never come back. Worst service to be the only car in line and still get cold fries and missing items.

Leizl helped me after the lobby was closed, and she didn't have to. These folks work hard and they looked tired tonight. I wish I could do more than write this review. I've been coming here for 20 years (since I was a little boy) and my experience is always fantastic. It's my go to fast food. Best Jack in the Box in the city hands down!

There is always someone higher in management ask to speak to upper management if she says no then call there customer service. Number not something very nice to do but didn't you also say she was rude
