Clothes are decent, one or two of the staff are very short with customers and rather rude.

I was holding off on leaving a review because I have always loved Buffalo Exchange until I tried donating my clothes. So, I brought in two garbage bags full of name brand clothes that had been purchased in the past few years that I don’t wear anymore. Brands like champion, adidas, stuff from Zumiez, a variety of heels, shoes, etc. Even things with tags still on them. I had it packed with good stuff. The man at the counter was extremely rude right when I came up to him. As he was going threw the stuff he told me that it would take awhile and I could look around the store. I come back and see that he picked 2 things out of two full garbage bags. I don’t understand how they pick and choose what items to take because when I look through the store there is ALOT of stuff that is outdated, worn, and old. Anyway this experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I don’t shop here anymore.

First time seller. Left happily with $25 cash in my pocket. Staff was very nice and informative. I had several high-end items that they weren’t able to offer me the price I was hoping for. Instead of just saying no, they gave me advice on where I could try and sell it for the amount I was hoping for. They informed me on the process and were patient with me and my questions. They thanked me for bringing my items in. I would come back to buy/sell again.

Love this shop! A good mix of vintage and new clothes. The shop is organized and easy to peruse. You can only go into the dressing room once, so look through the whole store before you try on. Staff is nice and helpful. There are a lot of cute things to look at, and everything is different.

They have buyers available every day they are open; for the items they buy you get 50% value in store credit, or they give 30% for cash paid. It is good to ask the buyers what they are looking for at that moment in terms of store/seasonal styles wanted. They will also donate anything they don't buy from you if you wish them to.
They usually have a handful of shoes both athletic and casual.
Not only no, but hell no
You recieve payment on the spot, if you desire, but it's only 30% of what they can sell your clothes for. You can get 50% for in store credit however. They often take trendy items and the items they have posted on their wall. Doc Martens are almost always accepted and unique items. They typically don't accept basic items like plain tshirts and pants and if clothes are smelly or rather tattered. They also avoid most luxury items.
I don't think they usually do, each store has their list of their current/specific wants and needs that they will buy, I have been selling to this location since 2010; they usually only buy fashion and accessories, you can look at the Buffalo Exchange website, they have guidelines there.
They buy all kinds of gowns & will price them accordingly.
Oh yes! Plenty
Hi Mary, We don't buy wedding or formal gowns, but we appreciate your interest in selling with us! Best, Aarian Buffalo Exchange
Hi Frank, We do buy Ray-Ban glasses in great condition. We recommend stopping by the store so that our buyers can take a look at your sunglasses in person!
If it's a simple gown and not too much and in decent shape they may, I'm not sure but I won't hurt to try
No parting lot available. Must find a parallel spot along magazine street our nearby cross street.
No gowns at buffalo, sorry, but u can maybe try their neighbors.
