Some aspects of PNC (as a corporation) need some work. But as far as this branch, everything was great - Bryan helped me get everything done for my parents' accounts after my mother passed away. It's much better to be able to sit down in person and the people at this branch made it simple and pleasant.

I hate PNC with every ounce of my being. Such a scummy penny-pinching sneaky crooked bank that even Scrooge wouldn't work for them. But the people who work at this one are super friendly and helpful. They just can't do anything the company won't let them do. Don't take it out on them. They're just doing their jobs.

A client for over 16 years, we have more than four accounts with PNC and they have failed miserably. The AVP Latha Chandramouli doesn't follow through on anything!!! We applied for our PPP loan and followed all our instructions given to us by Latha and never got a call back. The next failure went through a long process with Latha, following all her instructions to have my name added as POWER OF ATTORNEY to handle all my mom's business and family matters. I made an appointment to bring the papers over, I waited for the attorney's to validate the paperwork and then scheduled a day to come in and sign papers so that my name was on the account. Today I needed the password reset, when I called the online accounts department, guess what? My name was no where to found. I held 56 minutes while at work trying to get hold of Latha to find out why my name was not listed. I wasn't able to get her, and finally she came to the phone and said she would have to call me back, I asked for a manager he also said he would have to call me in three hours.... These are not small matters, we rely on PNC to help us, and in these Covid 19 times we rely on PNC to follow thru and to actually care. Latha you do not care. All you cared about was getting me to sign up for a credit card and when I asked you why would we sign up for a credit card when you never called us back for the PPP loan, you said it's a good day. What's wrong with your sense of how to do you job and your following through and caring.

I'm going to share my experience. I've been banking with this Branch for many years now and lately I've been getting unknown transactions in my account I just disputed it. The bank was getting pictures from an earlier date other than the date I disputed. Now all of a sudden I wake up there's more fees taken out of my account I'm more like fee that I don't know about. This Bank steals peoples money. Stay the hell away!
