Nice hotel. I feel like "The Alloy" focused their expenses and updates on the lobby/ dining area (which to be fair is beautiful). The rooms are nice as well with newer furnishings, but don't quite match the elegance of the main entrance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was equipped with a mini fridge (which was great). However, the bathroom did not have a fan, which led to cloudy mirrors after showering. I could sometimes hear other guests through the walls (but it was not overly bothersome). Parking was manageable. There are many restaurants, coffee, and grocery stores nearby. You cannot hear any highway noise from inside the rooms.

Had a small block of about 20 rooms here for our wedding May 29, 2022 as well as a farewell brunch on the morning of May 30. There was some confusion in the beginning with the contract (I think due to some staff changes which is normal), but Kim was great to work with and answered all our questions. My husband and I got a free room upgrade (which was spacious and very nice!) when we reached 20 rooms and they left us a very nice gift when we got there too! The food at the brunch afterwards was great, and we needed a table added which they were able to accommodate. The only odd thing was that there were no tablecloths at the tables. Not sure if that is normal, but it didn't really matter. Also, the AC in my mom's room was way too loud and after the first night, they moved moved her and gave her the room for free, so that was very nice of them as well, considering how busy of a weekend it was. Be aware it is a large hotel and if it's busy the elevators take a long time, but we had a very nice stay. Thank you!

The staff was friendly - no complaints! However, my bathroom was visibly not cleaned to the point where I requested to change rooms & I ended up with charges on my card after check out that I am not sure what they were for. In my new room the shower almost flooded the floor even though I certainly closed the shower door. The lobby, gym and restaurant is beautiful, but the room do still appear a bit dated. Likely would not stay again.

This will be my second time coming to The Alloy, and it didn't disappoint. The staff upon check-in were amazing, beautiful, helpful, warm, and welcoming. The Hotel itself, sets very elegantly on the property. The general entrance / commons, bar, and restaurant areas are so well-kept and look great. The rooms are spacious, clean, updated, and comfortable. I really have no complaints for The Alloy on this stay. It was pleasant, and close to everything I needed to get to. All major retail, and entertainment are within seconds, to a few minutes from the property. I have now made this place a permanent consideration, for future leisure or business stops in the KOP area.
