Shake Shack does not hold true to their values. I used to think you were a good social citizen, but I will never visit another Shake Shack until you stop using Martins potato rolls for your burgers. Your vendors matter too.

I’m not sure what to rate. Shake Shack was on Fast Foodies and my daughter and I were planning to go tomorrow to try it. But, after reading many negative recent reviews we are choosing not to try. It’s a shame for the concept is great and the food at one time was really good. It sounds like a serious management problem and needs to be resolved. Until I see recent very positive reviews we will not try in any way. There was a review stating a fight broke out in your establishment. I will never take my daughter in an environment with such a history. What a shame. You have a good concept but extremely poor management.

I come to this location frequently and always have a good experience. The burgers are delicious and have a place in my favorite burgers list. The chicken sandwich is definitely one of my favorites and I put it above another very famous chain that only serves chicken. The deserts are also excellent -- occasionally they will have a unique flavor that ends up being a pleasant surprise. My experience with the service here has only been counter-order, and you will wait for your food while they prepare it. The speed will depend on how busy they are and there are times I have waited over 15 mins. I never come here in a rush, so that doesn't really matter to me. The dining room is clean and the experience is pleasant. Kind of a weird tangent, but I really love their filtered water in the dining room by the condiments -- it just tastes really good to me for some reason.

Arrived around 3:32-3:35, there were only two people in line ahead of me. With that being said, there’s no reason why my food took nearly 20 minutes. Here are a few suggestions for anyone with a gluten allergy: • Any burger can be ordered with a lettuce wrap, and most of our US Shacks offer gluten-free buns. Flat-top dogs can also be ordered with a lettuce wrap. • Our ‘Shroom Burger contains breadcrumbs, so it should be avoided. • Please do not order our fries. The oils in our fryers are filtered through the same equipment as our ‘Shroom Burgers. • Frozen custard should be ordered without the cone, and make sure to double-check the ingredients of the “Seasonal Shakes” with our cashier before ordering.

App orders can be cancelled up to 30 minutes before the designated pick up time. Orders placed for ASAP pick up cannot be cancelled once submitted.

Our ‘Shroom Burger is a great meatless option, featuring a crisp-fried portobello mushroom stuffed with gruyere and cheddar cheese and topped with lettuce, tomatoes and ShackSauce. We’re also testing a new Veggie Shack at select locations. The Veggie Shack can also be made vegan if requested!
While most Shacks have at least one register for accepting cash, all Shacks accept all major credit cards.
Ain’t no party like a Shake Shack party! We don’t have an official catering program, but if you email us with a few details we’ll connect you with a nearby Shack to see what we can do. If you’re in the greater tri-state area, you should consider booking our Food Truck for your event!

Unfortunately, many of our hot food items contain soy. Based on your allergy, you should not consume our fries, cheese, Shack Sauce or the ‘Shroom Burger. The place is way over priced and it's not all that just a heads up
There a kids menu options; however, there isn't a playground or anything like that. The atmosphere is still family friendly though, and as other guides have pointed out they have pleasant outdoor seating that's available in the spring/summer. No there's no playground, but it's quality food, made by a great and polite staff, in a clean and well maintained facility that is aesthetically on point.
