I hate shopping for furniture. There are always too many options and usually a hovering sale's rep that wants your opinion on everything. Thankfully I got Rose as a sales person and she introduced herself and then left me to my own devices. Then once she saw that I was comfortably sitting on a sofa came over to ask questions. She wanted to know how my living space was and helped me make sense of how the furniture was going to be used. She never shot down my ideas but prompt me to consider all the possibilities. I ended up buying more than I came for but never felt like it was excessive. I truly appreciated her role in my purchase as well as the Store Manager. Amanda offered her services without forcing herself into the conversation which I appreciate. I would go there again even though I hate furniture shopping.

I went into the store to test a sofa set. I had already been researching a different set. My salesperson Rosemary was very courteous. She introduced herself and advised us that she was available if we had any questions. She gave us space to review the merchandise, provided all financing opportunities and warranty information. She was a pleasant surprise compared to the usual salesman hovering that is common for these types of purchases. Now all I need is for my merchandise to be delivered on time with the exact pieces. Got my second couch at Bob's discount I got the cottage chic two seater and Chase which I was charged a thousand four hundred which doesn't make sense to me because the full set is 1400 so I got the smaller version so I should have paid less. I don't understand that, haven't received the couch yet we'll see how it goes
