I went in to have memorial programs printed for my sisters’ funeral service. The line was long, the store was hot and the customer service was nonexistent. When I finally reached the counter the young lady looked as though I was speaking another language when I asked her about the memorial programs. So she had to call another employee (more experienced) over to help her. Long story short after spending almost an hour in the hot store I was presented with a poorly printed and stapled memorial program that I wouldn’t have used for the burial of a stray dog. When my husband and I asked if they could format the memorial to fit on an 8 X 11 page, we left to wonder if they were actually working on it. 15 minutes go by and I then asked again if they were working on it and we were quickly told no that there’s nothing they can do to help. While standing at the counter I did call FedEx and ask about their print services. Seth at FedEx was very helpful and they were able to format the memorial programs to fit on and 8 x 11 page and staple them in a way where the staples were not seen. I was able to pick the memorial programs up the very next day. I wish I would have kept the pitiful mess they gave to me so that I could attach the picture but I threw it away. If you are in need of print services, bypass this location and go see Seth at FedEx in the Walmart on Lapalco in Marrero.

First, only one printer was working and no one assisting the customers at the copiers. Second, The young lady this morning was rude, on her phone, not attentive to customers. She was yawning and not good customer service. She even had her earbuds in. Long lines and no one assisting the customers.I would never go back!

The associates are always extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. They are always willing to be of service to make your experience pleasant. I have never had a bad experience at the Manhattan Store.

Good customer service! But I want to make a good, helpful, & convenient suggestion: Due to the invasion of Russia 🇷🇺 and Ukraine, gas prices, food prices, has gone up, interest rates (will go up soon). Have receipts of items the customer (s) buy via their email on file. And raise the paper prices to double the amount now. We want to prevent recession and what have you and also save them trees, save the environment, and shortage in production.

Office Depot does not take any batteries of any type of any kind for recycling DOES NOT
They have copy machines, so if you have copy ready materials, yes. They may be able to enlarge the text also. I have never asked about help designing flyers. I believe they also help with business cards, so maybe they do offer more. You should call them to ask specifically about what help you need.
Yes they do. Just take in what you need printed and they can print them foryou.
