Perfect little hidden gem. This is a simple no-frills spot where you can enjoy a private hot tub and sauna. I swear by Coco’s massages. Deep tissue (which I love). Very reasonable rates.

Great for the price! Don’t over think it, causal neighborhood place. Staff is great, kind, and always try and fit you in last minute. Good massages, good jacuzzi, easy and cheap. Hard to find places like this these days!

Nice idea but very poorly maintained facility for the jacuzzi area. Low cost for use of jacuzzi but I'd happily pay more for a better maintained space. I didn't have a massage so I can't comment on that.

Before 3p it is $18 and after 3p $20-25. There is a personal sauna room as well.
They are private tubs so its you and whoever you allow in with you. Unfortunately they dont have a communal tub area like Kabuki, Onsen and Archimedes. Think of it like the hot tubs on Van Ness but its outside and you can book massages there. I have been there once, by myself. It was nice and i would go back with a friend. I have no friends so i just go to places with communal areas.
