Better prices than Lowe's and the selection is just as good. Not very happy about the parking situation as it seems there are to many spots reserved for pickups and handicap that are hardly used.

Horrific experience all around. Bought a grill, took them 45 minutes to get it in my Jeep because the associates kept walking away and promising to be right back. (Only one associate was actually helpful, the one who finally loaded the grill into my car.) Left a constructive review and asked for follow up from management. They never called or emailed. Get the brand new grill home to find out it’s defective. Have called and texted customer service four times now to return it and every conversation is a different story. Won’t shop with them again—will stick to our local Johnson’s from now on, who provide nothing but A+ customer service and great rewards.

Really not impressed with Home Depot and their customer service lately. Purchased a small chest freezer from this location and it was dented/damaged right out of the box. Called this location to get assistance with an exchange and replacement and after being on hold for 2 hours and transferred 4 times I was told there was nothing they could do and that they could have the manager (Angela) call me back. They took my name and number and 2 days later still no phone call.

I guess I'm a suspect not a customer... I was followed by an undercover Home Depot security the entire time I shopped. When I realized for the first time he was following me I confronted him and asked if he worked at the store or knew me. He didn't verbally answer but just shook his head no. After following me half way across the store I finally asked to speak with a manager about this person. During that time the undercover followed me all the way to the register where I was waiting for the manager. He stood there trying to sneak peak around a corner while I waited for the manager. At this time I was very uncomfortable with this random person following me so I confronted him once again and asked why he was following me and asked again if he worked at the store. He said no, so I asked a employee that was passing by and they said, "Yes he does work at the store sometimes". After the manager (Chris) finally arrived I asked why the undercover was following me the entire time I shopped. He could not give me a explanation other then I fit a "profile". I asked if I had done something wrong or if there was a policy they were following and he could not give me an answer other then how I looked. I've shopped at this store for years and have spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years at this store, but now I realize I don't fit the ideal customer profile. I will be cancelling my HD credit card and no longer shop at Home Depots since they believe certain people are SUSPECTS not customers. Be warned if you fit the look you will be followed. And FYI the plane cloths security is horrible at his job which made me feel even more uncomfortable. He just stared at me and randomly picked up objects that had no correlation. Plus he didn't have a cart.
