Poorly managed garage, they don’t keep car count, so you’ll spend 20-30 min driving all the way up and down to find all the lots full. And then when someone does put a closed lot sign up they leave it up for hours when the parking garage with has 1/4 to 1/2 it’s spots empty. I’ve experienced this someone many times I’d rather walk or pay a parking meter, or just avoid church st entirely on the weekend. Not even worth the hassle!!

Perfect location for parking, I've never had issues finding a spot. Free two hour parking! Stairwells are gross, like every other parking garage. Most likely from drunk college students.

Could be cleaner, better lit...but it, like the other city lots, has 2 free hours. And the location is a viable alternative to the lot up top.

Burlington police run the cameras it happened around 12 :45 I work there and saw him bomb out of the garage
