Not worth your time or money. Don't know who it was that was spoken to on the phone.. Im guessing the owner himself. Worst customer service. Extremely rude and unprofessional. He begins to raise his voice out of frustration over simple questions asked. They have no clue on how to speak in a proper manner.

Do not work with! They came in to fix an issue with our kitchen sink leaking. They installed the wrong size pipe that caused our dishwasher to not drain properly but it took us a few months to figure out the issue. When we called back to ask them to come install the right size pipe they said we had to contact the plumber directly who came to our apartment and there was nothing they could do... when we got in touch with the plumber he said he would come and then cancelled 3 days in a row then completely stopped answering us. Cheap johns is still saying there is nothing they can do for us meanwhile our receipt and warranty for the original work is from their company... it's inexcusable and I would expect a refund if they can't fix THEIR mistake since the work was done incorrectly and they are not honoring the warranty on their receipt

I would not use this business for anything other than “clogged drain issues” they apparently only have one “plumber” that they use who doesn’t even work for their company. Currently I am waiting to speak with their one plumber who initially was responsive and then has promptly evaded my calls for the last 10 days.
