They were very helpful getting or watches and phones connected and recording texts and calls. BIG THANKS! So, that was a couple years ago maybe, NOW, RRRRUUUUUNNNNNNN. AWAY. They have not been able to or willing to do anything for me since an order back on April 23 that they messed up. I am being told now that I won't even get credits that are advertised when they can't get my order straightened out and I have to do ALL of the leg work in contacting them to follow up every day since the 23rd of April and still no resolution to an order that was supposed to be cancelled, ON THE 23RD as well. They wouldn't process a trade-in at the store for some reason they state keeps them from doing that. They have no control of that circumstance at all. That is just POOR FORM, PETER...!! Ooooohhhhh, you're a pirate now...

Mask discrimination, my mask makes a statement. He told me after getting me to wait. Additional customers came in they help no appointment. Then told me I could not get in until Friday to just get a sim card. Was super rude. I'll just wait and go to a location out of Portland where people treat you with customer service.

I can't remember the gal's name but she was very helpful. Very informative, friendly and got us in and out with our new phone line. Very happy with our experience and my brother's bfay present. Would love to work with her again. Wish I knew her name to get her the props. She even helped clear some update problems with my phone. Thank you
