I recently purchased a new Weber gas grill from Aubuchon Hardware in Wareham. As always, the staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and went out of their way to assure my satisfaction. They assembled and delivered my grill free of charge which is another example of their exceptional commitment to customer service. Aubuchon is my "go to" hardware store.

Yesterday I started painting my shed white. I bought their best covering paint Aura from Tim the Asst Manager. He sold me 1x which is apparently a base (it doesn’t have excellent coverage) $80/ gallonso I have to get more paint today. Today they sell me the regular white that isn’t the same can. When I ask for a discount because I already painted all of the base that required 3 coats on the front of my shed the manager Bob said no and then continued to yell and refused to give me his manager’s number. Unprofessional place and will never shop there again. I recommend everyone avoid this place. I try to support local but it’s not worth it there!
