Dropped off 2 packages at their counter. 10+ days later, they're still not returned. Called to find out what's going on. After explaining my situation, got passed on to another associate just to repeat what I already said. This associate was too lazy to look through his list of tracking numbers to help me out. Suggested calling UPS. Definitely recommend NOT using this store for a UPS drop off.

Went in to possibly purchase a laptop today, sales men talked to me like I was the dumbest human alive, tried to sell me spyware that only he could supply, and stated I needed him to program my new computer and I wouldn't care about anything besides the computer with a hard drive and pixels wouldn't be understood by or useful to me!?!????? All this without me saying a word about what I wanted! Kiddo I was programming computers while you where still in diapers! Needless to say, staples lost a customer today..... and a pretty good size purchase.

I was up visiting home from Florida for a few weeks visiting my mom. We had to stop by staples to get a few office supplies, I noticed an advertisement on the way in: $100 to Fix a Cracked/ Broken/ iPhone case. So while grabbing toner, ink and office supplies I agreed to have him fix my iPhone 6. I figured $100 for a new screen vs <*$850 for an 8. Well he replaced my cracked screen, however I noticed when I got home that the seems between the glass and the case of the phone were off just a touch, meaning if didn't have a full case on the phone water or any kind of fluid could have leaked in and shorted out my phone. But my original case was covering the seal so I would go on and never pay much thought to it. While the Rep was finishing up my phone he also suggested "Liquid Armor" which he proclaimed would protect the glass in the event it should fall. After a quick demonstration on his phone clearly showcasing the toughness of Liquid Armor" Well fast forward about 2 weeks. I have friends visiting and we at Disney's Mickey's Christmas Party at the Magic Kingdom. I'm set up to take a picture of my friends in-front of the castle- When I get hit from behind by a guest driving an electric-wheelchair, the impact was so great that I was knocked over and my phone few from my hands. much to my dismay my phone was not only cracked like a spiderweb throughout the screen but the touchscreen was no longer usable and half the screen was purple. My old man always said "when you pay peanuts you get monkey's. I just wish he had old me the truth, tell me it's scratch resistant, but your still susceptible to cracks of you drop your phone.........................

The staff is VERY nice. No complaints there. I waited 15 minutes for the printer to spit out a receipt after I made copies. Staples as a whole needs to fix this. 5 minutes I can kind of understand, 15 is insane.
